The sign stand, with its kick-release legs, and the patented MDI Compact® Roll-up Sign, with push-button deployment, allows system to set up in seconds, no tools needed. The retro-reflective sign material shows up brightly in daylight or headlights, so message can be easily seen close up or from thousands of feet away. The legs and uprights on the sign stand are constructed of aircraft aluminum alloy. The adjustable telescoping legs stabilize sign stand on curbs or uneven terrain and are equipped with rubber caps for added traction. The dual springs are made of steel and flex to absorb strong wind gusts and the push/pull forces of passing vehicles. TrafficMaster® Sign Stand and MDI Compact® Sign can be conveniently stored as a single unit in less than 1’ of cargo space.
