The Air check Lite is Smart Gas Monitor a low cost compact gas monitoring system that’s ideal for continuously monitoring gas cabinets, valve manifold boxes and process tool gas cabinets. Designed for Original Equipment manufacturers, (OEM) and larger installations, it features a sophisticated electronic “brain” built directly into the sensor electronics. This reliable hazardous gas detection system significantly reduces the labor and downtime commonly associated with gas detector maintenance and service.
The instrument’s “smart” circuitry permits ex-situ or off-site calibration with a quick and simple plug-and-play sensor cell. Plus sensor cell operation is continuously supervised 24/7 and when used in conjunction with distributive control systems or PLC’s, provides immediate fault identification for low electrolyte level or disconnected sensor cell.
